Where and how

Each tire has its own story. Many miles of wear and tear under different conditions make each inner tube a unique piece. This is why we have reused over 57,000 different inner tubes over the last few years, including inner tubes from truck tires, car tires, motorcycle tires and bicycle tires.

We obtain our inner tubes thanks to a group of people that recognize the value of reusing what was considered waste.  They help us to collect inner tubes from various repair shops and roads all over Colombia.

Once they arrive at our factory, the inner tubes are washed and cleaned with eco-friendly products and totally biodegradable catalysts. Once ready for manipulation, the tires are incorporated into the manufacturing process.
